Do not mail the registration to us, and we’d prefer that you not fax it as our offices are closed. We will accept registrations on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the time of your e-mail, and will maintain a waiting list for those whose travel requirements have the necessary flexibility.

The basic registration fee, which includes the entire program and materials, is $2,800
We recommend a special package, which includes the $2,800 registration fee, lodging for six nights at Sponsors Hall (an executive residential facility at UVA), meals, and daily beverage and snack service:
• Register for the special package by August 31, 2015, and pay $3,695.
• Register for the special package between September 1 and November 15, 2015, and pay $3,845.
• Register for the special package between November 16, 2015 and January 4, 2016, and pay $3,995.
