Zachary A. Kitts, K&G Law Group / Fairfax

Zachary Kitts is a founding partner at K&G Law Group, PLLC, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of employment law, qui tam litigation, and other complex civil litigation matters.

On the employment law side of his practice, Zach represents and counsels both employers and employees in a wide variety of employment-related issues, including executive compensation and severance, covenants not to compete and other restraints on trade, business torts, and discriminatory discharge, among many others. In his False Claims Act practice, Zach represents qui tam relators (sometimes also called "whistleblowers") in cases brought under the federal False Claims Act as well as under state false claims statutes against companies and individuals who defraud the government.

Zach has been named to the Washington, D.C. and Virginia editions of Super Lawyers every year since 2011 and was included in the 2015 edition of Best Lawyers in America. He received his B.A. from George Mason University in 1998 and his J.D. from American University’s Washington College of Law in 2001, and is licensed to practice before all of the state and federal courts in D.C., Maryland, and Virginia, as well as before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
