John T. Farnum is an attorney in Wiley Rein LLP’s Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring Practice.  He regularly represents all parties in bankruptcy proceedings and insolvency related matters.  Mr. Farnum’s experience includes representation of debtors, creditors, creditors’ committees, trustees and financial institutions in bankruptcy proceedings, business restructurings, distressed asset sales and acquisitions and out-of-court workouts.  Mr. Farnum also regularly represents parties in bankruptcy litigation, including preference and fraudulent transfer litigation, claims litigation and disputes involving issues arising under the Uniform Commercial Code.

Christopher M. Mills, Wiley Rein / McLean

Christopher M. Mills is Of Counsel in Wiley Rein LLP’s Government Contracts and Litigation practices.  He regularly represents government contractors and other clients in state and federal court, and before the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals (ASBCA) and the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals (CBCA).  Mr. Mills also counsels and assists government contractors on transactional matters, including subcontracts, teaming agreements, and related transactions, and further assists government contractors with claims and equitable adjustments, intellectual property and data rights, compliance, and investigations.
