Conflict of Interest - Multiple Clients - Real Estate -

It is improper to pursue a suit for specific performance on behalf of the

seller against the purchaser, arising out of a real estate transaction in

which the attorney represented both parties, unless the purchaser consents

after full disclosure has been made by the attorney. [ DR:5-105(D)]
