Appearance of Impropriety - Commonwealth Attorney - Sharing

Library Expenses.

May 10, 1984

It is not improper for a commonwealth attorney to share expenses of

library space with an-attorney who defends cases prosecuted by the

commonwealth attorney, when the respective law practices are not

affiliated in any other way, there is no other financial relationship

between the two attorneys, and the library space is not physically annexed

to either office.
