    Withdrawal from Law Firm — Notification to Present and Former Clients.

    An attorney who withdraws from a partnership may ethically notify present and former clients of his departure. In those cases where he cannot adequately and fully represent the interests of his present clients, the attorney may ethically recommend that the client consult a particular attorney. [See DR:2-103(A), DR:2-108(B)(1), (C) & (D) and DR:6-101(A).]
