Attorney Retiring from Firm.

Upon retirement from the law firm, it is not improper for an attorney to

prepare and forward a letter to each client advising them of the change in

circumstances and advising them further that the firm will retain their

file and will handle their case or that they may seek other counsel. [See

II: DR:2-108(D) and EC:4-6.]
