Representation of Plaintiff and Defendant - Uninsured

Motorist - Subrogation.

Where an attorney enters an appearance for a defendant at the request of

the uninsured motorist carrier and files pleadings in the defendant's name,

it is improper for the attorney following settlement of the case to

represent the plaintiff against the defendant to enforce the subrogation

rights of the uninsured motorist carrier. [See II: DR:5-105.]
