Communicating with One of Adverse Interest.

It is improper for an attorney to indirectly communicate with a party

adverse to his client giving specific instructions to his client as to

what communications to make, unless counsel for the adverse party agrees

to such communication. [See II: DR:7-103(A)(1).]
