Representing Client's Witness in Separate Case Adverse to

Client - Conflicts in Interests.

It is improper for an attorney to represent his client's girlfriend in a

personal injury action by the girlfriend against the client, when

girlfriend is the chief witness in behalf of the client in a separate suit

against a restaurant for having served the client an adulterated drink.
