From DC:
Take I-395 South towards Richmond (I-395 S becomes I-95 S). Take the VA-644 W. Old Keene Mill Rd. exit toward Springfield. Merge Right onto the Brandon Ave. Ramp. Stay right on Brandon to traffic light at Brandon/Commerce. Turn right on Commerce and follow to the Waterford on the right.

From I-66:
Merge onto I-495 exit 64A towards Richmond. Merge onto I-95 S exit 57A towards Richmond. Take the VA-644 W. Old Keene Mill Rd. exit toward Springfield. Merge Right onto the Brandon Ave. Ramp. Stay right on Brandon to traffic light at Brandon/Commerce. Turn right on Commerce and follow to the Waterford on the right.

From Maryland:
Merge onto I-495 S towards Alexandria/Richmond. Merge onto I-95 S exit 57A towards Richmond. Take the VA-644 W. Old Keene Mill Rd. exit toward Springfield. Merge Right onto the Brandon Ave. Ramp. Stay right on Brandon to traffic light at Brandon/Commerce. Turn right on Commerce and follow to the Waterford on the right.

From Richmond:
Merge onto I-95N. Take exit 169 A towards Franconia. Turn slightly right onto Spring Mall Rd. Turn left onto Loisdale Rd. Stay straight on Loisdale. It turns into Commerce St. Waterford will be on your left.

From Fairfax County Pkwy - Franconia/Springfield Pkwy:
Go East and take the Backlick Rd. ramp. Turn left onto Backlick Rd. from ramp. Follow Backlick Rd. to Commerce St. Follow Commerce St. to Waterford on right.

From Franconia/Springfield Pkwy:
Take Manchester Blvd./Franconia Springfield Pkwy. Take Frontier Dr. ramp and turn right. Follow to Franconia Rd. and turn left. Follow to Commerce St. and turn right to Waterford on left.
