2011-2012 MCLE Credit Regulations Change

Beginning November 1, 2011, Virginia Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Regulations will allow attorneys to apply no more than 8 hours of pre-recorded courses toward meeting their annual 12-hour MCLE requirement. Starting November 1, 2011, attorneys must earn at least 4 hours of MCLE credit through programs containing an opportunity for real-time, live interaction with presenters.
